About this project
Patient files were paper-based and frequently mislaid between branches, which meant repeat tests and frustrated clinicians.
We delivered a patient portal with online appointment booking, electronic records, lab results and SMS reminders, connected to the clinical systems already in use.
No-shows dropped by roughly a third in the first quarter and retrieving a patient history now takes seconds instead of hours.
