Twelve campuses each kept their own records, so consolidated reporting was impossible and fee balances were routinely disputed.
We rolled out a single portal covering admissions, fees, attendance, grading and report cards, migrated four years of historic records and trained more than a hundred staff.
Parents now receive fee and results notifications by SMS, and the group finally has one number it can trust for enrolment and collections.
