About this project
Land records were held in paper ledgers vulnerable to loss, damage and quiet alteration.
We digitised the register with scanned source documents, structured parcel data, role-based access and an append-only audit trail, so every change is attributable.
Searches that once took days now take minutes, and the pilot has become the template for a wider rollout.
