Projects
How long does a typical project take?
Most websites take 3 to 6 weeks. Mobile apps and custom software usually take 8 to 16 weeks depending on scope. We agree the timeline in writing before anything starts.
Who owns the code you write?
You do. On full payment, source code, accounts and documentation are handed over to you.
Do you work with clients outside Uganda?
Yes. Discovery and delivery can run remotely, with on-site workshops when a project needs them.
Pricing
How do you price your work?
Fixed-scope projects get a fixed quotation with milestone payments. Ongoing work and support are billed monthly. Every quotation and invoice we issue can be verified from its QR code.
Support
Can you maintain a product after launch?
Yes. We offer support, hosting, monitoring and improvement agreements with agreed response times.
